Shipping Errors and Damage
Email us if your order arrived damaged or if there was a packaging error, providing your order number, tracking number, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do. If a replacement item is in stock, we will reship it to you immediately. You will be charged for the second shipment, but we will credit the original item, including delivery and handling, once the item has been delivered.
Returns
Merchandise can be shipped to us; we only accept returns within 7 days of receipt.

And tell us what happened with the merchandise received.
You will receive a refund/exchange authorization from the US.
Returns must be returned to our warehouse in Asia within 3 days.
Please email us and inform us that a package is being returned, providing us with a tracking number and the airline used (we suggest purchasing a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages).
Remember that shipping is at the customer's expense.
The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it, with all its original packaging and no signs of wear.
Refund
If you would like a refund, we will refund your money via Western Union or MoneyGram.
